INGREDIENTS

We keep it simple, using good quality ingredients, free-range eggs and fairtrade sugar whenever possible.

 

BISCUITS: Flour, unsalted butter, caster sugar, free range eggs.

 

GINGERBREAD BISCUITS: Flour, salted butter, black treacle, golden syrup, demerara sugar, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves.

 

ROYAL ICING: Icing sugar, meringue powder

 

ALLERGY ADVICE

NUTS We do not use nuts in our biscuits, however our biscuits are not made in a nut-free environment.

GLUTEN  we use wheat flour so our biscuits are not Gluten free

E NUMBERS coloured icing can contain the following E numbers, Sunset Yellow E104, E110

EGGS - the egg white in our royal icing is pasteurised and eggs in the biscuits are free-range

 

SHELF LIFE

Our biscuits are freshly made and taste best when eaten within a month.

Gingerbread biscuits are good for 12 weeks
